Agent worked very hard at getting the house shown. Also kept us advised of all issues, responsibilities, etc throughout the entire selling process.

This was a tough sell as there was a contract and the money fell through, then a second contract. There was an issue with the second contract with one side saying flood insurance was needed and Glen showing that is was not. Finally as a result of a lot of hard work by Glen, we were able to get the issue settled...without flood insurance, then finally had settlement. We all hung in there and Glen kept me informed at every step and every issue until settlement.
